Taylor Giltner

Pause Unlimited Director

Taylor grew up in West Chester and married her high school sweetheart, Dan in 2006. Together they have three children, Madelyn and twins Owen and Evelyn. Their family is rounded out by Jackson, their mini chocolate labradoodle. Taylor and her family have been coming to CPCC since 2018.

Before joining the Pause staff, Taylor was an early childhood educator. She holds bachelor and masters degrees in education as well as coursework in Mental Health in the Classroom. She has been involved with Pause as a parent, volunteer, Board Member and staff member. Taylor directs our incredible CP Unlimited program on Sunday mornings. This program serves our families who have kids with extra needs & allows the parents to worship every Sunday morning.

Taylor believes that all children should have access to a high quality Sunday morning experience where they can learn about the unconditional love, grace and hope in Jesus, regardless of their abilities. She strives to create meaningful, impactful, and hands-on lessons that are modified to meet the needs of the children she serves. Her favorite part of Sundays is hearing the pitter patter of feet running to church because they are excited to be at CP Unlimited by Pause. Taylor enjoys traveling, crafts, swimming and volunteering in her children’s school.
