UPDATING YOUR PROFILE

Once inside the Church Center App, click on the person graphic in the top right corner. From there you can go into 'Hello! My profile & settings'. Because Center Pointe staff has already set up your profile, all you need to do is to make sure your information is up to date. You can also click on your 'household' to update spouse and/or children information. The most important info we as staff need is your email, phone number, gender, and birthday. Please upload a profile picture as well!
GIVING THROUGH CHURCH CENTER
SWITCH OVER GIVING BY AUGUST 15TH
Church Center makes mobile giving simple and convenient. In the Giving tab, you can quickly set up one-time and recurring donations and even opt to cover the processing fees (which is much appreciated!). In your profile, you can manage your saved cards or bank account and make updates to your recurring donation.
Set-up Giving

Click on 'Giving' on the Home Screen OR 'Give' along the bottom of the app.

Type in your giving $ amount.

Click 'Next'.

Chose your fund.

Chose your Frequency. **This is where you can make your donation recurring to best suit your giving goals**

If you already have a recurring donation set up with PushPay (our current online vendor), you should cancel that donation before setting up a new one in Planning Center Giving. If you need help cancelling your PushPay giving, here is a step-by-step instruction.

Firstly, THANK YOU! Keep doing what you are doing! You do not need to change anything. We do ask that you still download the Church Center App so that you can stay connected at Center Pointe.
What If I Give Via Personal Check/Bank Check?
1. You can choose to cover the processing fee when paying online/app.
2. You can choose to give by bank or personal check.
How Do I Help Eliminate Processing Fee For The Church?
Center Pointe staff has been working on this for months. We have imported all of your information from our old system into the Church Center App. This is the best way to ensure we did not lose any important information. Your profile has already been imported, all you need to do is check that all of the information is accurate and up-to-date.
How Does The App Already Have My Info?
If you are new to Center Pointe and have never filled out a Guest Card or signed up for an event, we do not have a profile made for you. WELCOME!
The process to create a new profile is very quick. You will still download the Church Center App and search for Center Pointe Christian Church by zip code (45011). From there you will be asked for a phone number, email and your name. Voila! You are a part of our app community. You can now go into your settings and add more information, register for events, join a group and so much more!

Choose the custom interval you want. This is where you can make your donation recurring to best suit your giving goals.

Tap the start giving button to submit your donation.

Can I Give Online Instead Of The App?

How Do I Cancel My Old Recurring Giving? (PUSHPAY)
As of right now, we are not using the Directory feature within Church Center. We like the feature and plan to use it in the feature. When we get to the point of rolling-it out, you will have the option to opt into the directory. Your information will not be in the directory without your permission.
Will My Information Be Made Public Through The App's Directory?
Of course!
Every Sunday morning from now through August there will be a staff member available to answer Church Center questions. Look for us in the lobby, across from the cafe. There will be a designated TV screen with the Church Center info on it. You can also email us or call us at (513)779-8800.

Let's Get Started!
Center Pointe staff has already exported household profiles from our old system to the Church Center App. Your profile should already exist when you login. Please double check that your information is up-to-date.
1. Download the new app from either the Apple Store or Google Play.
2. Click 'Get Started'.
3. You can paste the embedded link or search for Center Pointe Christian Church by zip code.
4. Confirm you have the right church by clicking 'This is my church'.
5. Enter your phone number.
6. Enter the 6 digit code you receive via text.
7. Pick yourself to login.
8. Enable Face ID (if you'd like).
9. Allow notifications to stay connected to everything happening at Center Pointe.
